Flowcraft is a self-guided mindfulness and personal development program created by Gated Shores Interactive Inc., a company incorporated in Ontario, Canada. The Flowcraft platform—including all meditations, written materials, audio content, exercises, courses, website, mobile application, and any associated digital services (the “Platform”)—is intended solely for educational and entertainment purposes.

By accessing or using Flowcraft, you agree to the following terms and conditions, regardless of your country of residence.

1. Not Medical or Psychological Advice

Flowcraft is not a medical, psychological, or therapeutic service, and none of its content constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The Platform is not a substitute for professional consultation with a qualified healthcare provider.

If you have been diagnosed with, or suspect you may have, a mental health condition— including but not limited to depression, anxiety disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), bipolar disorder, psychosis, or schizophrenia—you should consult with a licensed physician, psychologist, psychotherapist, or other qualified professional in your region before engaging with this Platform.

Mindfulness, meditation, breathwork, and introspective practices may bring about unexpected or uncomfortable emotional and psychological responses, including the resurfacing of unresolved trauma.

2. Use at Your Own Risk

By using Flowcraft, you accept that you are doing so voluntarily and at your own risk. You are solely responsible for your physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.

Experiences such as emotional release, dissociation, anxiety, depersonalization, or psychological discomfort may occur. You agree that Gated Shores Interactive Inc. and its affiliates are not liable for any outcomes—positive or adverse—that may result from your use of the Platform.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, Gated Shores Interactive Inc., including its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, contractors, licensors, and agents, disclaims all liability for any loss, injury, claim, damage, or adverse event, including but not limited to:

• Physical or psychological distress or injury
• Exacerbation of mental health conditions
• Emotional or spiritual crisis
• Business, financial, or reputational loss
• Any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages

You agree that your sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with the Platform is to discontinue use.

4. No Guarantees or Warrantie

Flowcraft offers practices and guidance for self-awareness and personal development, but no guarantees or warranties are made—express or implied—regarding results, effectiveness, suitability, or benefit. Individual experiences will vary.

We make no claim that Flowcraft will treat, heal, or resolve any psychological, emotional, or physical condition.

5. Not Intended for Minors

Flowcraft is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. If you are under 18, you must have permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these terms.

6. Jurisdiction and Governing Law

This disclaimer and any disputes related to your use of Flowcraft shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
By using Flowcraft, you agree that:

• Any legal action or proceeding must be brought in the courts of competent jurisdiction in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
• You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.

If you are accessing Flowcraft from outside Canada, you are solely responsible for complying with your local laws and regulations.

7. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Flowcraft, you:

• Acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted this disclaimer in full.
• Confirm that you are capable of making decisions regarding your personal and mental well-being.
  Accept full personal responsibility for your use of the Platform.
• Release and hold harmless Gated Shores Interactive Inc. from all liability to the extent permitted by law.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately stop using the Platform.
